I love my life, and i love my baby and husband. But sometimes, my favorite time of the day is after carvers bedtime, and danny is on night shift and i have a few hours just to myself. to sit and and relax, cuddled up on the couch with a book. The television is never on at this time, no radio, no cd. Just me, a book and blanket. I used to take advantage of these moments before i got married or had Carver. But now i relish every second of this precious time! I think this counts as a lesson learned about mother hood, that lesson is cherish your down time, you might not always have it!
