Today has been a long day and its only ten thirty.... wow. Then again my day did start at 5am today... so I guess it makes sense. But enough complaining. Today when I put Carver down for his morning nap, instead of snuggling with his blanket and falling right asleep, he decided he was to big for morning naps, a discussion I was not included in. Every five to ten minutes I would go in to check on him and see if he was sleeping, and every time I found him wide awake... talking to himself of waiting for me to peek around the corner.

He was on his belly cuddling the first time I went to check on him, and he popped up when I walked in his room, I had to get my camera he was smiling so big!

little stinker

In this pic it might look like he is sleeping, but really, he is laying there kicking his leg in the air saying
dadadada
I love his cheesy smile!!

I
don't blame him for being awake in this picture, his chubby leg was stuck between the bars
haha
And while Carver was fighting nap time, my little sisters, cousin, and the two neighbor girls were outside playing... well I'm not sure but it kept them busy!

from left to right, my sister Ryan, the two neighbor girls jasmine and
Dominique, then my sister Britain and my cousin
McKylee
I think they were drawing with water leaves and grass

Oh and did I mention that we had to get rid of Lizzie, our dachshund. She just
wasn't fitting in at our home and kept running away from us.
Don't worry, I found the PERFECT family for her! An older couple with no kids who's dachshund had just passed away at 15 years old. They instantly loved her! But the photo above is of Roxy and our new puppy!

This is our new puppy, she is a pom min pincher mix and so adorable!! We named her Cinder
